(Lincoln, NE) -- University of Nebraska-Lincoln is getting $25-million from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to help the regional supply chain. The money will allow University of Nebraska to connect food buyers and sellers across Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma to make food more accessible. The program is called the Heartland Regional Foods Business Center and will be run out of the University of Nebraska campus. It's one of a dozen programs across the U.S. aimed at helping the supply chain.
