(Ankeny, IA) -- The city of Ankeny is reminding residents that two cardboard recycling centers are available thanks to a partnership between the city and Metro Waste Authority.
The two locations include:
- City Maintenance Facility located at 211 SE Lorenz Drive
- Prairie Ridge Middle School located at 1010 NW Prairie Ridge Drive
The facilities are open 24/7 and emptied six times each week. The city says residents who may find a center full should come back the following day with the items they want to deposit.
