(Grimes, IA) -- (Grimes, IA) -- Grimes residents can drop off tires and yard waste for free this week.
Residents can bring those items to the Public Works Building located at 1700 SE Destination Drive during the following times:
- Monday, May 15th through Friday, May 19th: 8am-3pm
- Saturday, May 20th and Sunday, May 21st: 8am-4pm
Items that will not be accepted include tires from tractors, bicycles, lawnmowers, or golf carts.
