An Endangered Missing Advisory has been activated out of Lincoln to help determine the whereabouts of a missing woman.
Law enforcement says 65-year old Carmen Banks-Ruiz, who is 5'7" and 125 lbs., was last seen around 10:30 Monday night in the area of N 33rd to N 48th, Leighton to Adams St. in Lincoln.
She was wearing a blue jacket with fur on the collar, black leggings, black tennis shoes, and a black bandana on her head.
Carmen suffers from dementia and does not have her medications with her.
Anyone with information can call law enforcement.
