(Davenport, IA) -- A Davenport woman is accused of trying to set a house on fire. Thirty-year-old Raven Whitney was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree arson. Police say they were called to the 600 block of West 64th Street around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a disturbance. Investigators say they determined Whitney poured gas on a house and wanted to set it on fire. Whitney is now in the Scott County Jail being held on $25,000 bond.
