(Independence, IA) -- A former eastern Iowa sheriff's deputy admits to asking a female driver to show him her breasts to get out of a speeding ticket.
Court documents say the victim recorded the conversation with former Buchanan County deputy Klint Bentley in February, and shows Bentley asked for nude photos over text.
Bentley pleads guilty to non-felonious misconduct in office.
Charges of extortion and accepting a bribe have been dismissed.
