(Omaha, NE) -- An inmate is missing from the Community Corrections Center - Omaha.
The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services says 25-year-old Andres Willis left the center Monday and took off his monitoring device about a mile west of the facility.
Willis is 6' 4", weighs 210 pounds, and started serving a three to five year sentence in 2021 for possessing a deadly weapon as a prohibited person. His last known location was near the Shoreline Golf Course in Carter Lake.
Anyone with information on his location is asked to contact local law enforcement or the Nebraska State Patrol.
