(Moline, IL) -- The city of Moline is considering pulling TIF from SouthPark Mall to create a new TIF district in East Moline.
Moline attempted to help the mall with TIF back in 2013, but the value of the mall didn't increase as expected.
The city wants to create a new TIF district in East Moline and revitalize SouthPark Mall. The city of Moline will discuss later this summer if they'll remove the TIF.
