Sarpy County Sheriff's Deputies look for a person in connection with a disturbance.
They are seeking Jonathan Sawyer in connection with a road rage confrontation near 102nd and Capehart Road late Thursday afternoon.
Investigators say when deputies arrived, they talked to a man, who said another male party, who lives in the area, had approached him with his vehicle about traffic speeds in the area.
A fight started, and the suspect left the area and returned to his residence nearby before deputies arrived.
The Sheriff's Office says while deputies were interviewing, they heard approximately five to six gunshots to the south.
Investigators say it was determined those shots were fired by the suspect from the disturbance, who was identified as Jonathan Sawyer.
Deputies say Sawyer was able to flee in his silver 2011 Ford F150 truck, with Nebraska license plates WZP 985, before deputies could arrest him.
The Sheriff says an emergency arrest warrant was issued for Sawyer for the following charges:
• Terroristic Threats
• Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony
• Third Degree Assault
They say if you see Sawyer or the vehicle listed above, immediately call 911 and do not approach the vehicle or Sawyer.
Sawyer is considered armed and dangerous.
