The Omaha City Council Tuesday will look at a bid to finish restoration work at Freedom Park along the riverfront north of downtown.
There was extensive damage at the park after the heavy flooding in 2019.
If the bid is approved, the work would start yet this summer on the park that honors the U.S. uniformed military.
The matter is before the Omaha City Council, which holds its regular weekly meeting at two tomorrow afternoon.
