(Des Moines, IA) -- Des Moines Police say a crash with serious injury on Merle Hay Road is expected to cause extended lane closures.
DMPD says the southbound lanes of Merle Hay Road are closed at Madison Avenue after a crash involving a semi truck. Few details on the crash have been provided, but Des Moines Police are reminding the public to look out for first responders while traveling through the area.
The crash remains under investigation.
