(Moline, IL) -- A recent traffic study by Illinois State Police results in a driver being caught driving over 100 MPH in the Quad Cities. Police say a plane clocked the person going 112 MPH on the Interstate-74 bridge back on June 7th. The speed limit over the bridge is 55 MPH. That was one of 37 citations issued by Illinois State Police during traffic operations on June 7th and June 15th.
