(Rock Island, IL) -- A building in downtown Rock Island is evacuated because of structural concerns. The city says this week people saw bricks falling from the building at 217 17th Street, so it's been fenced off until it's inspected. The building houses the gift shop Spellbound on the ground floor and four apartments on the second floor. Only two of those units were occupied when the evacuation was ordered.
