(Des Moines, IA) -- A man is facing DUI charges after several Des Moines Police officers coordinated to intercept the impaired driver.
Police say they received several calls about a reckless driver headed from the city's east side to the south side. A detective was able to spot the driver, and patrol officers responded and pulled the driver over. Police say officers from the Traffic Unit recognized evidence of impairment and took the driver into custody.
