(Cedar Rapids, IA ) -- Cedar Rapids is looking for artists to help make the city look even more decorative.
On Monday, the city announced an art project to come up with designs for vinyl wraps that will be on five of the area’s traffic signal control boxes.
The city wants to enhance public spaces in visible areas and to have a more welcoming environment through public art.
Submissions are due by 3 p.m. on Friday, August 18th.
