(Grimes, IA) -- The city of Grimes says drivers can expect traffic delays as a portion of S James Street southbound will be closed.
The construction project will replace an area of concrete in the southbound lane. The city says the project is expected to last between 24 and 36 hours. During that time, northbound and southbound will have to alternate on the portion where the road is down to a single lane.
