Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.33 a gallon, up three cents from this time last week. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:
- Des Moines: $3.36
- Ames: $3.44
- Iowa City: $3.39
- Cedar Rapids: $3.32
- Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.34
- Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.27
- Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.68
- Dubuque: $3.47
- Sioux City: $3.19
- Council Bluffs: $3.28
The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.56 a gallon.
