Omaha Police make a homicide arrest.
They say detectives arrested 31-year old Mark Keesler in connection with the death of 30-year old Deving Willis-Smith.
Officers were called to 27th and Whitmore Streets Wednesday evening for a shooting and found Willis-Smith with a gunshot wound.
Officers provided CPR until Omaha Fire paramedics arrived and rushed him to a hospital where he died.
Keesler was booked for Manslaughter and use of a weapon - gun to commit a felony.
