(Muscatine, IA) -- A man's arrested for murder in Muscatine. Police say 20-year-old Andre Jones was arrested Wednesday and charged with 2nd-degree murder. He's accused of shooting and killing 41-year-old Jeremy Smith at Harrison Lofts around noon Wednesday. Police say Jones was later found at 1414 1st Avenue, about a half-mile away from where the murder took place. He's being held in the Muscatine County Jail.
