(Omaha, NE) -- We now know the name of Omaha's new professional volleyball team: the Supernovas. That announcement made by team leaders this morning at the CHI Health Center, which will be the home of the Supernovas. They will compete in the Pro Volleyball Federation when it kicks off its inaugural season in 2024. So far six teams have been announced including Columbus, Ohio, Atlanta, Georgia, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Orlando, Florida, and San Diego, California. Two more teams are expected to be unveiled before the beginning of next season.
