(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- One person is hurt after jet ski exploded in Cedar Rapids. The fire department says the explosion happened before 11 this (Friday) at the Ellis boat harbor on the Cedar River. The operator of the personal watercraft was taken to St Luke's Hospital. First responders were at nearby Mohawk Park doing training at the time when the explosion was reported. Authorities are not releasing any details about the extent of injuries.
