(Iowa City, IA) -- The city of Iowa City says parked cars will be towed along certain streets as RAGBRAI riders make their way through town on Friday, July 28th and Saturday, July 29th.
The city says those streets include:
- Iowa Avenue from Gilbert Street to Muscatine Avenue starting at 8:30am on Friday, July 28th.
- Iowa Avenue from Clinton Street to Gilbert Street, as well as South Clinton Street from Washington Street to Jefferson Street starting at 2am Saturday
- The 10 block of South Dubuque Street starting at 2am Saturday.
Anyone parking in these areas could be towed. Additionally, Tower Place Parking Ramp will be closed from 6am on Saturday until at least 10am.
