(Davenport, IA) -- Davenport Police have charged a 37 year-old resident with dependent adult abuse and theft.
Tiffini Martinie is accused by police of using a dependent adult's debit card without permission several times last winter.
Police say Martinie was a caretaker of the victim, and an employee of the Handicapped Development Center at the time of the incidents.
She was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
