(Pottawattamie County, IA) -- A man serving time for theft and robbery is on escape status from the Council Bluffs Work-Release Center. Twenty-nine-year-old D'Jay Baxter Betts failed to report back to the facility the afternoon of July 31st. He was admitted to work release July 18th.
Betts was convicted of Theft 1st Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree in Pottawattamie County.
Betts is height 6'1", and weighs 222 pounds.
