(Des Moines, IA) -- Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds continued her one-on-one interviews today (Friday) with GOP presidential candidates at the Iowa State Fair. Three candidates, North Dakota Governor Doug Bergum, Former Vice President Mike Pence, and Miami Mayor Francis Suarez took part in the event.
Three more are scheduled to appear tomorrow, businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, Ambassador Nikki Haley, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
More candidates will appear on August 15th and August 18th.
Most candidates are also taking part in the Des Moines Register's Political Soap Box during the Iowa State Fair.
Former President Donald Trump is not scheduled to attend either event but is scheduled to be at the Iowa State Fair Saturday, August 12th at 1 p.m. The exact location on the fairgrounds has yet to be announced.
