(Davenport, IA) -- A Davenport man is in custody after being charged with arson.
27 year-old Zachary Wells was arrested Sunday after the Davenport Fire Department determined that a fire in the kitchen of a duplex on Harrison Street that morning was intentionally set.
Crews responded to the fire in the 2800 Block of Harrison Street shortly after midnight and discovered flames coming from the first floor kitchen of the two-story duplex.
No one was injured in the fire.
Wells is also charged with burglary and harassment.
He is being held in the Scott County Jail.
