(Undated) -- Iowa is one of the top 15 best states to live in. That's according to the latest study by WalletHub, which ranks Iowa 11th. WalletHub says Iowa has the lowest housing costs in America and ranks in the top 20 in several other categories like affordability, education and health, quality of life, and safety. Neighboring Illinois ranks 13th overall while Nebraska ranks 23rd. WalletHub says the best state to live in is Massachusetts and the worst is New Mexico. A full list of states is available here.
