Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.66 a gallon, a drop of 11 cents from this time last week. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:
- Des Moines: $3.62
- Ames: $3.76
- Cedar Rapids: $3.64
- Iowa City: $3.80
- Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.60
- Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.96
- Dubuque: $3.80
- Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.54
- Sioux City: $3.74
- Council Bluffs: $3.60
The average price for regular unleaded nationally is $3.86 a gallon, largely holding steady from this time last week.
