Man Charged In Death Of Child Left In Van Held On $50,000 Bond

(Omaha, NE) -- The man charged in the death of a one-year-old girl left in a hot daycare van in Omaha is being held on $50,000 bond. Sixty-two-year-old Ryan Williams appeared in court today where he was officially charged with child abuse by neglect resulting in death. Investigators say Williams was driving a van for Kidz of the Future Childcare Monday when he left Ra'Miyah Worthington inside by herself for several hours. They say when she was found her internal body temperature was 109 degrees. Williams faces 20 years in prison and will be back in court on September 26th.
