The State Patrol says a central Nebraska suspect is in custody on child pornography charges.
The Patrol says 21-old Evan Burkhardt of Fullerton is booked on 10 counts of possessing child pornography after a State Patrol Tech Crimes Unit investigation that included Homeland Security Investigations and Central City Police.
They say it involved information given to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Burkhardt will make an initial appearance in Merrick County Court.
