(Davenport, IA) -- Closing arguments will take place in a Scott County courtroom this morning in the murder trial of Henry Dinkins. The state rested its case yesterday halfway through its witness list. The judge denied the defense's request for an acquittal due to a lack of evidence. Dinkins chose not to testify on his own behalf. If found guilty by the judge, he faces a life sentence for the murder of 10 year-old Breasia Terrell in 2020.
