(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Cedar Rapids has launched a survey to find out what residents are looking for in a police chief. Amanda Greider, with the City of Cedar Rapids, says the survey "helps create a candidate profile. It helps when doing recruiting to look for the traits the people of Cedar Rapids are looking for in their next police chief."
The city is working with the International Association of Chiefs of Police to find the next chief. You can take the survey before September 10th by clicking here.
