(Davenport, IA) -- Andrew Wold is suing the engineering firm that inspected the The Davenport apartment building. Wold, the owner of the building, hired Select Structural Engineering earlier this year to examine the building's status. He says if he knew how dangerous conditions were, the collapse would have been prevented. Three people died and many were left homeless when the building collapsed May 28th.
