(Davenport, IA) -- The verdict in the trial of Henry Dinkins, the Davenport man accused of murdering a 10 year-old girl, will be revealed late next week.
A judge has scheduled a hearing for next Friday to release the verdict. Dinkins is accused of killing 10 year-old Breasia Terrell in July of 2020. Dinkins' trial was a bench trial, meaning there was no jury, and the judge will make the final decision.
Life in prison without parole is the mandatory sentence is Dinkins is convicted.
