Iowa's final county fair of the year began Saturday morning. The Clay County Fair takes place in Spencer in northwest Iowa. Billed as the "World's Greatest County Fair", most of the days through the next week have a theme, Monday's theme is Veteran's Appreciation Day, Tuesday is FFA Day. The Clay County Fair continues through Sunday, September 17th.
