(Muscatine, IA) -- Another Iowa building may be at risk of collapse. Officials in Muscatine have closed the street in front of the Welch Apartment building over concerns about it's structural integrity. 17 residents were evacuated from the building last month after engineers found floors pulling away from walls. The closure will be indefinite, and be evaluated daily.
Three people died when The Davenport apartment building in downtown Davenport partially collapsed in May.
