Triple A reports the average price for regular unleaded in Iowa is $3.84 a gallon, a drop of nine cents from this time last week. Prices vary regionally across the state, including:
- Des Moines: $3.87
- Ames: $3.91
- Cedar Rapids: $3.88
- Iowa City: $3.91
- Quad Cities (Iowa side): $3.82
- Quad Cities (Illinois side): $3.99
- Dubuque: $3.89
- Waterloo/Cedar Falls: $3.84
- Sioux City: $3.86
- Council Bluffs: $3.70
The national average price for regular unleaded is $3.88 a gallon.
