(Clinton, IA) -- Grow Clinton is partnering with First Children's Finance to survey the need for childcare in Clinton and Camanche. The study will examine the current availability of childcare, family needs, and how the lack of childcare impacts local business. Kids outnumber available childcare facilities three-to-one in Clinton County.
