(Davenport, IA) -- The city of Davenport is investigating claims of racist language at City Hall. Mayor Mike Matson says a task force will investigate alderman Tim Kelly's claim that two fellow alderman used a racist term against him. No details were given on who would be on the task force, how long it would take, or what policy changes may come as a result of the probe's findings. Robby Ortiz, one of the alderman accused says he welcomes the investigation.
