(Ankeny, IA) -- The city of Ankeny is reminding residents that all solicitors must be licensed by the city.
The city says all solicitors are required to wear a city of Ankeny badge in order to go door to door. Residents are asked to report any solicitors who do not have a badge from the city to the Ankeny Police Department at (515)286-3333, selecting option 5.
