The Glenwood Municipal Utilities says a boil order is in effect until further notice for the entire City of Pacific Junction, Iowa, which is opposite Glenwood in Mills County.
The utility says the problem is caused by a water main break they are working to repair.
In a news release, Glenwood Municipal Utilities says these streets and areas are also impacted:
188th St.
190th St.
195th St.
Hanna Ave
Hemford
Hyland Ave.
I-29 Northbound and Southbound rest areas
Ingraham Ave.
Jesup Ave.
Jinkins Ave.
Kane Ave.
Kelting Ave.
Once the repairs are made, the boil order will remain until lab tests on the water are completed.
