(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A teenager accused of making threats that closed schools in Cedar Rapids last week now faces charges of intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Police announced the arrest last Thursday, and have since released the charge being pursued against the 14-year-old. The teen will be tried in juvenile court, according to the Cedar Rapids Gazette. Intimidation with a dangerous weapon is a Class C felony, punishable by up to 10 years in prison. The case is still under investigation.
