The meteorologists at the Omaha National Weather Service Office in Valley say frost is possible Tuesday morning, mainly in parts of northeast Nebraska and western Iowa.
They say rain and thunderstorms will move into the area for Wednesday through Friday; one to three inches possible with the highest amounts expected along the Nebraska-South Dakota border
