Since around 6:30 this morning, Lucy Chapman has been reporting in KFAB "Timesaver Traffic" on major slowdowns and stoppages on the Interstate in the southwest part of the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro.
It's because of a crash impacting the daily, heavy commute traffic between Omaha and Lincoln.
The wreck involving a semi is on westbound I-80 at Highway 50 with the ripple effect to other parts of the Metro interstate system.
Tow trucks are on the scene as law enforcement continues to direct traffic.
