(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A Cedar Rapids school is open today despite a threat. School board officials moved forward with classes at Metro High School today, after Cedar Rapids Police reported a social media threat made against staff and students is not credible. A letter was sent out Sunday telling parents the school would open today, and that they take every threat seriously.
