Triple A reports Nebraska averages 3.20 per gallon Monday, slipping under three dollars per gallon in the Omaha Metro.
In Iowa, it's 3.05 per gallon on average.
The National Average is at 3.36 per gallon Monday according to the Triple A measurements.
