(Toledo, IA) -- Another religious display is causing an uproar in Iowa. A complaint from the Freedom From Religion Foundation lead the town of Toledo, Iowa to remove it's annual nativity scene from public property.

Despite citizen demands to return the display, the city is consulting with attorneys first to avoid potential lawsuits.

A Satanic Temple display in the State Capitol in Des Moines is also causing controversy, with Republican state representative Brad Sherman from Williamsburg calling for its removal.
