(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- The Cedar Rapids Grinch has been caught. 48-year-old Scott Clark of Cedar Rapids is in custody facing numerous charges.
Police say Clark was caught on video stealing several extension cords powering Christmas light displays in Greene Square, and NewBo over the past week. The thefts left only one of dozens of trees lit in Greene Square.
Clark is also accused of stealing several holiday decorations as well.
