(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A couple and their pets are safe after a house fire in Cedar Rapids.
The fire reportedly started around 8:45pm Thursday at a home in the 2100 block of Glass Road NE. The fire led to a temporary road closure in the area as firefighters worked to extinguish the fire. No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
