The Nebraska State Patrol says its Troopers were out on about 150 weather-related incidents on state roadways on Christmas Day.
Troopers responded to 28 crashes and carried out 117 motorist assists as much of the state did indeed receive a "White Christmas."
The NSP says the vast majority of the incidents did not involve injuries.
The Patrol says any motorist who becomes stranded should stay with their vehicle and call for help.
